Everytime we work with Stake, we learn something new about real estate and investment. This time it was about fractional real estate ownership (epic right?) and they wanted us to help convey that concept in its simplest form, whilst showcasing Stake’s process in dealing with potential buyers from A to Z.

As Stake is based in the UAE, but soon to enter new markets, it was important for the video to be bilingual; we developed a script, and went to the studio to record both voice overs in English and Arabic. Ta-daaa, here’s the result!
