There is only one question you need to ask yourself when it comes to social media... Are you engaging with your community, where and how they want to be. If the answer to that is no then you're not doing social right. When it comes to social media, it's a continuous experiment of testing and learning about how the community is evolving. Most channels have their own language, their own style, and their own vibe. As a brand, it's your job to EXTEND your brand into these platforms, and communities and create content that resonates and engages the audience. That's how we think about social, it's a process of continuous learning and we like to push boundaries because the difference between good content and great content is often about those boundaries being pushed.
